Ingredients:

  • 2 cups millet flakes
  • 1/3 cup shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/3 cup oat flakes
  • 1/3 cup amaranth flakes
  • 0.5 cup apple juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup1 cup blueberries and blueberries
  • 1 cup white raspberries
  • pinch of cinnamon a
  • pinch of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee clarified butter a
  • small handful of pumpkin seeds

Preparation:
