Recipe: RAW Hemp Protein Cereals

Breakfast meals have always been something I’ve considered to be an inconvenience that I simply had to get used to. It didn’t strike me as very intriguing or thrilling. Since, as you may be aware, breakfast is possibly the most important meal of the day, I only ate it because it was the most convenient time for me.

It has now risen to the status of being one of the greatest meals of the day.

I’m going to tell you everything about my little secret right now. You should definitely give it a try because I assure you that it is really healthy, incredibly nutritious, and will prevent you from being hungry for hours.

RAW Hemp Protein Cereals:

What do you need (for 2 people)?

A decent mixer is essential.

  • Oatmeal
  • Vanilla Sugar is a sweetener made from vanilla beans.
  • Raisins
  • Bananas are a fruit that may be eaten raw or cooked (1 for each portion)
  • Apples are a kind of fruit (1 for each)
  • Hemp protein powder is a protein powder made from hemp (2 tsp)
  • Strainer is an abbreviation for strainer (to filter the water from the oatmeal)
  • Organic frozen blueberries are available (I use 175g frozen blueberries for 2 portions)
  • Nectarines are a kind of fruit (1-2 for each)
  • Hazelnuts are a kind of nut that is native to North America (40-50g)
  • Time required for preparation: at least 15 minutes

This is how you do it (1 portion just scale it up yourself):

  1. Begin by preparing a soup dish for each part and filling it with an absurdly enormous quantity of oats.
  2. Allow the oats to soak for at least 5 minutes after covering it with lots of water. You might alternatively do this stage over the course of a single night.
  3. Remove the strainer from the sink and filter out the majority of the water. Simply allow it to trickle for around 30 seconds.
  4. Place it in a blender with the bananas and mix until smooth (depends of how creamy you want it)
  5. Blend it vigorously, adding hemp protein powder, blueberries, and hazelnuts as you go, until it is completely smooth.
  6. Also, you may use vanilla sugar, and the amount you use is entirely up to you. I use 1 tablespoon each serving. Some people would probably want to use a bit less of it.
  7. DO NOT mix the apples or nectarines; instead, cut them into tiny pieces. We’re just going to throw them in the blender with the rest of the ingredients when you’ve finished filling the two soup dishes with it.
  8. Finally, you’ll add the raisins, which you should avoid blending since they’re delicate.

You have successfully completed your RAW Hemp Protein Cereals Blueberry/Vanilla breakfast. Enjoy!
