- 3 tablespoons agave syrup1 cup blueberries and blueberries
- 1 cup white raspberries

- 3 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee clarified butter a
- small handful of pumpkin seeds
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and set it aside. Put the raspberries and half of the blueberries in the saucepan, along with the honey and half of the dry ingredients. Stir to combine. Cook it over a low heat after adding some oil and a half glass of apple juice. As soon as it comes to a boil, we stir the contents of the pot, then pour it into the bowl where the remainder of the dry ingredients are located. Pour in the remaining blueberries, spices, and seeds, then carefully combine the ingredients.
After lining the plate with paper, place the bulk on the paper. Bake them for half an hour in an oven that has been prepared to 180 degrees Celsius. The oven is where it is allowed to cool down. Fruit or crumble may be used as a topping to beautify the top.
